Your questions answered

If your question isn't here please contact me and I shall be pleased to respond.

  • How many people do you have in a class?

I can accommodate 8 people in the studio classes.

Studio classes are, however, also available remotely via Zoom.

There are also Zoom-only sessions. Please see the timetable on the Classes Page.

  • How much do you charge?

Full classes allow me to keep prices as low as possible. My payment arrangements are therefore aimed at maximising class attendances by encouraging people to provide reasonable notice should they find that they are unable to make a previously booked class.

Class credits are bought in blocks in advance.

Please refer to the Classes Page for full details.

  • Is it possible to pay for one class before I start a block?

Yes. If you are new to Pilates then I am happy for you pay for one class, to make sure this is for you. I also recommend a 1:1 session prior to class. This gives us time to go through any physical issues or concerns you may have. In the session we will also break down the exercises and instructions I give within the classes.

  • If I am unable to attend class, will I still be charged?

As long as I receive 12 hours notice, I am happy to forward your payment on to the next class.

  • What should I wear to class?

    Something comfortable.

Belts and bra clasps can be uncomfortable when lying on the mat.

  • How do I join a ZOOM class?

Download the free ZOOM application [link]
See how to join a ZOOM meeting [link]

Text me to request which class you want to be booked on to (8 spaces per class).

I will provide a link that will connect you to the class.

  • I am unable to manoeuvre down to the ground, is there an alternative class I can attend?

Yes! I have a Standing Pilates class every Tuesday at 11.30am.

  • Do I bring my own equipment?

    Yes please.

Following the Covid outbreak members were asked to bring there own equipment and this practice is now standard.

You will need a mat, band, block and weights. If you require any further guidance please contact Jo.

  • Is there a car park nearby?

The Grange Country House has parking on site.

  • What measures are in place with regard to Covid-19?
